Ordering Cakes
There are many decisions to think about when ordering a cake as there are many choices .
Please do think carefully about your choices and if you want more advice we are here to help.
Available are rich fruit cake or sponge.
You can choose between American style without pillars or English style with pillars .
Modern stands are also available .
Rich fruit cakes can either be covered in Sugar Paste or Royal Icing .
Sponge cakes can be flavoured to your requirements and are filled with appropriate jam/ butter cream .
Decorations can either be handmade or bought .
